Returns and Exchanges

All items sold are considered final sale. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item does not match what you had ordered, and I do not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind. I am unable to refund shipping fees for any issue.

However, if your order arrives damaged through delivery or if an item is missing, please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out for you!

Parcel and Tracking Updates

The estimates for arrival are in working days. Please keep that in mind if your order is taking slightly longer than usual to arrive!

We do not take responsibility for delivery to wrong addresses, so please double check your address details are correct when placing your order!

If your order still has not arrived an more then over 3 weeks have passed, please contact me and I can help sort out something with you.
